Prefer a cost-free option? Enjoy complimentary trailer parking at Nothing Better Boat Rentals, about 3 miles south of Sunrise Beach Resort.

How It Works:

1. Leave your trailer unlocked (so it can be moved if needed).

2. Text the owner (Mitch) at 305-587-4565 with:

   • A photo of where your trailer is parked

   • Your rental house number

   • The date you plan to pick it up

3. Return on your pickup date.

Instructions for FREE Trailer Parking

To use the free trailer parking provided by Nothing Better Boat Rentals, please follow all steps below:

1. Leave your trailer UNLOCKED
   Trailers must remain unlocked in case they need to be moved to accommodate others.
   
2. Text Mitch (Owner of Nothing Better Boat Rentals) 305-587-4565
   Send him:
   
   • A picture of where you left your UNLOCKED trailer
   • The house number of your rental at Sunrise Beach Resort
   • The date you plan to return to pick it up
     
3. Pick up your trailer
   
4. Retrieve your trailer on the date you provided to Mitch.

Trailer Rules at Sunrise Beach Resort

To ensure smooth traffic flow in our community:

• Trailers are permitted only on the day of your arrival until noon the following day
• On the day before your check-out

Please note: due to tight quarters in the community, trailers must be backed up to your rental home.
